I have heard about this drink in a few food interviews with celebrities for magazines and food blogs and I though it must be something difficult to make. But when I saw the recipe posted by Chef Sanjot Keer, I knew I have to give this amazingly witty drink a try. I am calling it witty because it is a mixture of shrikhand and Lassi and I am making it a mixture of mango shrikhand and mango Lassi, hence Mango Piyush. This is an absolute dreamy, creamy, delightful drink that not only quenches your thirst but make you want to have more and more of this creamy wonder. It is that rich both in flavors and consistency. Heavenly. If you are someone who loves dahi or curd, milk, cheese and everything creamy then this drink is for you. You have to try this summer drink before mango season is over.
